Generates and processes video signals in the 1 MHz to 10 MHz range, combining an FPGA-based digital section with an analog front end and multiple communication interfaces.
The RFC (RF Controller) and NG (Noise Generation) module generates and processes video signals in the frequency range of 1 MHz to 10 MHz. The RF module receives five video input signals, which are processed by the NG unit to produce a single final video output within the same frequency range of 1 MHz to 10 MHz.
The module is divided into Digital and Analog sections. The Digital section is built around an FPGA, which performs video signal processing and system control. The FPGA supports multiple communication interfaces, including LAN (Ethernet), RS-232, RS-422, JTAG (for programming and debugging), and a Parallel interface as required by the application..
A frequency synthesizer generates the required clock signals for the DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) and other board components, ensuring synchronized operation and accurate video signal generation.
